When booking through this website, you and your companion accept the following booking conditions.
This website and Internet tourism solutions, S.L. (hereinafter ITS), the company providing the online reservation system, will only provide the tools required to carry out the reservations and shall not be responsible for any claims that may arise from the services contracted.
The contract will be between you, the Guest, and the tourist company managing the accommodation (hereinafter the Company).
The Company shall be held exclusively responsible for the products and/or services contracted, and shall resolve any complications arising out of the contract through its offices in the holiday destinations.
HOW TO BOOK
Let us know when you are planning to travel and your preferences filling in the website search form.
You will obtain a selection of AVAILABLE lodgings that you can book directly from this website.
Prices are always for the total period selected and VAT included.
Click on the button “Book” and fill in the form with your personal details to finish the booking. The lodging will be blocked and reserved for you.
In some seasons, there can be a compulsory entrance day or minimum nights. Our system will warn you in these cases, and you will not be able to continue without changing your dates of arrival or departure.
To confirm the booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit in advance.
You will then receive an email with the booking confirmation and contact information of the company.
Always the company is located on the destination but not at the same town. It can be in a nearby town.
You have to print out the booking confirmation and bring it to the company.
The remaining amount shall be paid directly to the company on the arrival date.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking request before providing confirmation and/or if the advanced payment or proof of payment is not received within 3 days.
In this case, any amount already paid will be refunded immediately.
ALL PRICES INCLUDE
VAT and any other applicable taxes.
Normal consumption of water, gas and electricity (unless stated, otherwise check it on the optional services to pay on the arrival ).
Kitchen utensils, plates and any other items required for the stay.
In some cases the final price can be depending on the current VAT in the moment of the issue the bill.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
Bed linen and towels (unless stated otherwise).
Extras, such as cradles, highchairs or additional services, must be contracted and paid it on the arrival.
The refundable deposit fee will be refund at the end of the stay, only if there is not any damage in the property.
DESCRIPTIONS, PHOTOS AND SERVICES
We make every effort to provide reliable information. The photos and descriptions provided by the Companies are reviewed periodically. Nevertheless there might be differences in the interiors and/or furnishing to those featured in the photos.
The apartments featured by the Companies are standard examples and might differ from the actual apartments assigned to the guests on arrival in terms of interiors and/or furnishing, size and shape of the rooms, balconies or views from the apartment.
Certain services, such as swimming pools, saunas, sports facilities, restaurants, etc., may be temporarily closed for annual breaks or repair work. This shall not give rise to the right to compensation or claims.
The company has the right to demand a deposit to ensure against any damage to the accommodation when the keys are handed over. The amount deposit depends on the lodge and it is indicated on the description of it. This will be refunded on the departure day, if there is not any damage.
The deposit payment can be in cash, keeping the credit card number or charge it on it. The payment will depend on the company (check it on the description of the lodging).
The number of guests must not exceed the capacity indicated in the booking and accommodation description (excluding infants and children under three years old). The Company can refuse entrance to unauthorised guests (Check it on the description of the lodging).
Likewise, pets are allowed only if this is indicated on the description of the accommodation. If this rule is violated, the Company may demand that guests vacate the accommodation, without this giving rise to any form of compensation.
Guests must maintain the accommodation clean and tidy and in the same condition which they found it. Likewise, they must follow the guidelines for use and maintenance as indicated by the Company and respect the regulations in terms of noise, rubbish collection, water consumption, etc.
Breach of these regulations shall give the Company the right to demand that Guests vacate the accommodation, without any kind of compensation and the amount for damage caused will be withheld from the deposit.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The keys have to be collected at the place and time indicated on the booking confirmation. It may be different depending on the season and the company. In high season the keys must be pick up on the arrival between 17.00 and 20.00 PM. In low season the timetable is more flexible and you need to contact with the Company (Check it on the lodging description).
Should the guests be arriving at any other time, on a bank holiday or a Sunday, they should contact the Company to arrange the key collection. The arrival out of schedule may have an extra cost. In some cases to pick up the keys out of schedule is compulsory to pay the total amount of the booking by bank transfer or by credit card at the Company. If you not do so, you may not be able to enter the accommodation on the day of arrival.
Guests must depart before 10 AM. (Check it on the lodging description)
The company contact data will be shown on the booking confirmation.
BOOKING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
You will be liable to pay the cancellation or amendment charges shown below.
More than one month before the arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
Between one month and one week before arrival date = 30% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY
If the booking has to be cancelled for any unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the Company, the Company shall inform the Guests of this eventuality as soon as possible and attempt to find an alternative, providing Guests with accommodation of equal or superior characteristics.
Should the aforementioned alternative not be possible or the Guests not accept this change, the booking shall be cancelled and any amount that has been paid will be refunded immediately.
Guests shall not have the right to subsequent claims in these cases.
There shall be no refund if guests voluntarily cease to use the services before the end of their stay.
INCIDENTS AND LIABILITY
The Company managing the accommodation is the solely responsible for the reliability of the information and description appearing on this website, and for the quality of the services provided.
Any incident involving the accommodation should be communicated directly to the Company within 48 hours of arrival. The Company shall attempt to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
If, despite everything, the problem is not resolved satisfactorily, Guests should notify the Company by certified mail within a week of the day of departure, and send a copy by fax to ITS headquarters in Valencia (Fax no.: +34 96 114 01 93).
The Company, the website, and ITS shall not be held responsible for, including, but not limited to, the following:
a) Interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections affecting the operation of this electronic booking service deriving from causes beyond the control thereof that might impede or delay provision of services or navigation on the system.
b) The unavailability, in-exactitude, maintenance, relevance or functioning of this website.
Under no circumstances shall the compensation for any liability arising from the online booking service for the Company, website or ITS, exceed fifty percent of the total booking amount.
The personal data provided by users in the contact form and/or booking form shall be included in the database of the Company with whom the accommodation is contracted. The data is used for administrative management of the service requested and may be used for sales or marketing purposes in order to keep customers informed of new services and offers.
In compliance with the relevant regulations, the Company guarantees that has taken the technical measures necessary to maintain the privacy of any data of this nature that is handled by it.
Likewise, the Company reminds customers that they may exercise their right to access, modify or cancel their personal data or oppose its further use by sending a letter, together with a copy of their ID, to the address indicated in the booking confirmation.
The Company shall not communicate the data stored in its database to third parties, unless the said communication has been legally authorised or is necessary for the provision of the service requested. Your data shall be used by ITS in order to process and offer technical support for the processing of your booking request. Should ITS process or store any other form of customer information, it agrees to adopt the basic, or corresponding, security measures. Likewise, the data shall not be communicated to third parties or applied to or used for any other objective than those already mentioned.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
For all topics not detailed in the terms and conditions, the legislation to apply will be the Spanish law.
The parties, expressly renounce any other jurisdiction that may legally apply to them in favour of that of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia, Spain, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the application and interpretation of this contract.
