GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING AND APARTMENTS FOR SHORT STAYS




Prepayment is required to ensure the confirmed reservation of an apartment, the amount will depend on the type and dates of your reservation.

Please note that booking is confirmed until a Gonlika, S.L.  has received and cleared any advance payment and you have received an email or fax with confirmation of your reservation, which in turn acknowledges your acceptance of  the general conditions of reservation and rental.

At the time of booking you must specify the number of people who will use the apartment. The number of people given at the time of the booking must be the same on arrival. The accommodation must never exceed a safe occupancy number and also the client accepts supervision by Gonlika, S.L

If an abnormality is detected in the apartment after 3 days of your departure due to misuse of facilities or any act of vandalism, Gonlika, s. l. reserves the right to make fee equivalent to the repair of such damage on your credit card, sending the invoice to justify this damage.

Utilities are included in the price if it is a responsible consumption.

If you cancel the reservation less than 48 hours shall be recovered from the first night's stay.
Exceptions apply for a reservation cancellation in less than 9 days before the booked arrival date, which will result in the loss of the amount of any advance payment/deposit.This applies to the following events,Fallas festivities, Easter, Formula 1 Championship, Motorcycling Championship Valencia, La Tomatina, Cevisama Fair, Furniture Fair and Bank Holidays.

Cancellations due to force majeure shall be duly honoured.

For No-Show will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay and the reservation will be canceled.

In the event that Gonlika, SL is unable to accommodate guests in the apartment reserved Gonlika, SL reserves the right to host it in another apartment of similar characteristics. And if no agreement was reached between both parties would return to host all monies paid except the part corresponding to the days that the apartment had been used, if necessary.

The check-in is guaranteed after 16:00. If you arrive before that time, let us know well in advance and we will try to accommodate you.
Arrivals after 9 p.m  it will have an additional cost to 20 €
The departure is at 24:00. If they wanted to leave later tell us the day of arrival and we will do everything we can to help.


Guests are obliged not to carry on the housing activities as nuisance to neighbors.
Please respect the quiet time from 10 pm and 10.00 am.
The parties in the apartment are not permitted
Please, please do not smoke inside the apartment.
During his stay empty the trash and put it in the nearest trash container
The client expressly acknowledges that the contracted accommodation does not constitute or constitute their main home, boasting only a right to use it during the contract period.
SL Gonlika assumes no liability for any injury, liability, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused to guests for any reason whatsoever, directly or indirectly or any event. Nor do we assume any liability for loss or theft of personal property of guests (documents, money, jewelry) left in the apartment.
Gonlika, SL reserves the right to refuse admission and the public scandal and proper conduct which disturbs the peace and coexistence in the building will result in immediate expulsion without regard to time of day or night. This also means the loss of rent and the deposit without any right of setoff.



These conditions are exclusive for apartments in Valencia City. All other destinations offered on the website have specific conditions, according to the type of apartment, other than those stated here

 
In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data ("LPD") we inform you that by completing the booking process, your personal data will be included in the files company, so we can provide and offer our services. Also advised of the possibility of exercising rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their personal data under the responsibility of the company file. The Company also informs you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, to their personal details by sending a letter, accompanied by the DNI, to the address indicated on the voucher book. +
